If you’re anything like us, you have an incredible connection with your dogs and cats. When you’re out of town, you want to make sure they’re with someone who will love them just as much as you do. That’s why we started A Domestic Friend in 1999, to give you peace of mind while you’re on extended trips away from Fido and Fluffy.  So, leave them in good hands and enjoy yourself. 

 

Our Personalized Care

Care and comfort matter to us as much as it matters to you and your pets in our pet sitting services. When you’re away, we don’t want you to have the slightest worry – though we’re sure your treasured companions will stay in your thoughts.

We are a member of Pet Sitters International and are insured and bonded. A Domestic Friend pet sitting services provides a great alternative to boarding your pet when you are away. We will feed, water, walk, medicate (if applicable), and clean up after your pets. To make your home less vulnerable while you are away, we can also take in your mail and newspapers, and rotate the lights.

 

The kind of in-home pet sitting services we provide reduces your pet's stress, and can help detect health problems early for proper care.

 

Even if you aren't going out of town, our business may be of service to you. Many people have us walk the dog while they are at work to prevent accidents while they are gone. This service is also a blessing if you are unable to walk your dog due to medical problems, or due to the illness of a family member.
